Orders & Print-on-Demand

How does print-on-demand work?

Each item is made after you place your order. Nothing is sitting on a shelf collecting dust.. Once you check out, your product is printed, packed, and shipped directly to you.

Why isn’t my order shipped immediately?

Since everything is made to order, there’s a short production period before shipping. Most items are created within a few business days.

Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders move into production quickly, so changes are usually not possible. However, contact us right away and we’ll see what we can do before production starts.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after production. Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to you.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Carrier updates can occasionally pause. If tracking hasn’t moved for an extended period, reach out and we’ll help look into it.

Is Snout And Shout affiliated with UC Irvine?

No. We are simply (overly)zealous alumni with a strong love for UCI. Zot zot!

Will there be more student-inspired designs?

Absolutely. We regularly release new drops inspired by the anteater community.

How can I stay connected and be a part of the squad?

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. But if you’re unhappy with your order, send us an email. Let’s chat about it.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.

Miscellaneous

Do you offer student discounts?

Occasionally! We run limited student-focused drops and promotions throughout the year. Make sure to follow us so you don’t miss these!

I am part of a student group (i.e. student org, fraternity/sorority, team sports). Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Absolutely. Send us an email. We love when large groups want to rep the brand and want to shout loud and proud for UCI.

Can I submit design ideas?

100%. We welcome ideas from students. Many of our designs start with real input from the community. If the community likes it, we love it!
